Service Descriptions
Curly Cut w/
Wash & Style

Service Begins with an in-depth consultation where we’ll discuss your hair currently; what you like about it and what you don’t. We’ll cover your hair goals; both short term and long term. We will then start the curl detox process to give us a fresh base to work with and to ensure the best possible outcome. (A curl treatment is INCLUDED in every Curly Cut service. ‘Cuz you deserve it!)
A few factors play a part in if your hair will be cut before or after you are washed and styled. Kinky/coily guests will almost always be cut post wash and style. Folks who live in a more expanded state may be cut before the wash and style. Each appointment is tailored to the individual guest being serviced and your particular wants/needs.
We will style your hair according to your desired outcome, dry the hair, and finish the appointment with any adjustments or detailing.
With curls - it is NECESSARY to cut when defined to ensure shape and cohesion.
Education is a huge part of the initial Curly Cut appointment to assist with at home care and styling.
(If you come properly defined - we may switch around the order of the appointment and do a dry cut, wash and style, dry and then recheck your shape and do final touches)
Curly Set
$70
Curly - 45 minutes
Tight - 60 minutes
Coily - 90 minutes
During this appointment we will complete a general wash routine, style hair based off desired end result, and dry hair.
Guests must arrive detangled. Detangling is available as an add on service at $15 per 15 minutes.
$15 per 15 minutes of detangling.
This is an ‘add on’ service and has to be booked with a service that includes a wash and style.
Maintenance Cut

This is a dry curly cut without a wash and style.
This is a shorter appointment and requires 1) that I’ve seen you before and 2) you come to your appointment with hair that has been styled curly (no ponytails, braids, twist outs - nothing other than your naturally curly state) within the last 3 days.
To ensure the best possible outcome - hair must be properly defined to book this appointment.
Please Note: Removal of length/weight can affect shrinkage and possibly affect the shape. Adjustments are available if contacted within 7 days of initial appointment. In an attempt to avoid return visits this appointment is suggested when we are cutting between 2-3". Length removal beyond 2-3" is most successful with a wash and style.
Kids Curly Cut
$70
Same as the original Curly Cut but for a smaller human.
PLEASE note that we want littles to LOVE their hair and do not want to create trauma surrounding their hair - if your little is having too hard a time with this service we will have to cancel.

This appointment is for the littles who are unable to sit through a wash and style. This cut will be done dry and requires the guest come in with already detangled, dry, curly hair.

During this appointment we will complete a general wash routine, style the hair based off of your desired end result and dry the hair.
Full Painted Highlight
$175
In this appointment we will paint highlights to your specific curls in all 4 quadrants of your hair. Any required toner is included in this service. Olaplex is used in every lightening service and includes a conditioning treatment.

In this appointment we will start with a rough curly cut, complete your color service, style, dry, and then double check shape and fine tune cut. Olaplex is used in every lightening service and includes a conditioning treatment.
Partial Painted Highlight

In this appointment we will paint highlights to your specific curls in the front 2 quadrants of your hair as well as a triangle at the crown of your head. Any required toners are included in this service. Olaplex is used in every lightening service and includes a conditioning treatment.

This appointment requires a consultation to determine time, price, and proper expectation. Olaplex is used in every lightening service and includes a conditioning treatment.
Adjustment
$0
Adjustment appointments are booked if you’ve had a hair cut service performed in the last 14 days and have noticed any change in shape or curls popping out after at home styling/living in your hair. Please reach out immediately if you think you’d like an adjustment so we can get an appointment set. After 14 days a new cut service would need to be booked.
